Biography of Julian Budden

Julian Budden (* 9. April 1924 in Hoylake; † 28. February 2007 in Florence) was a british opera scholar. He was 82 years old. His education included Stowe School and The Queen's College. He worked at British Broadcasting Corporation. His awards include Fellow of the British Academy, Derek Allen Prize and Officer of the Order of the British Empire.
