Biography of Julij Karassyk

Julij Karassyk (* 24. August 1923 in Kherson; † 23. January 2005 in Moscow) was an ukrainian film director. He was 81 years old. He studied at Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography. He worked at Top Courses for Scriptwriters and Film Directors. His awards include People's Artist of the RSFSR and Honored art worker of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. He was buried at Troyekurovskoye cemetery.
