Biography of Juri Anatoljewitsch Owtschinnikow

Juri Anatoljewitsch Owtschinnikow (* 2. August 1934 in Moscow; † 17. February 1988 in Moscow) was a sowjetischer Biochemiker. He was 53 years old. He studied at MSU Faculty of Chemistry. He worked at Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry, Institute of Protein Research, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and Russian Academy of Sciences. He received 10 awards, including USSR State Prize, Order of Lenin. He was buried at Novodevichy Cemetery.
