Biography of Juri Wassiljewitsch Batrakow

Juri Wassiljewitsch Batrakow (* 6. May 1926 in Tashkent; † 22. May 2013 in Saint Petersburg) was a soviet astronomer. He was 87 years old. He studied at Mathematics and Mechanics Faculty, St. Petersburg State University. His awards include Order of Honour, Medal "For Labour Valour" and Honored Scientist of the RSFSR.
