Biography of Justin Williams

Justin Williams (* 2. March 1906 in Greenbrier; † 15. March 2002) was a government official, diplomat and professor of history. He was 96 years old. His education included University of Central Arkansas and University of Iowa. He worked at University of Wisconsin–River Falls, United States Army Air Forces, International Cooperation Administration and University of Maryland.
