Biography of Katharine Blodgett Gebbie

Katharine Blodgett Gebbie (* 4. July 1932 in Cambridge; † 17. August 2016 in Bethesda) was an american astrophysicist. She was 84 years old. She was married to Hugh Gebbie. Her education included Bryn Mawr College and University College London. She received 4 awards, including Fellow of the American Physical Society, Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
