Keinosuke Miyairi (* 8. June 1865 in Nishiterao; † 6. April 1946) was a japanese parasitologist. He was 80 years old. He studied at University of Tokyo. He worked at University of Tokyo and Kyushu University. He was awarded the Order of the Sacred Treasure, 4th class.
