Biography of Keizō Obuchi

Keizō Obuchi (* 25. June 1937 in Nakanojō; † 14. May 2000 in Juntendo University Hospital) was a 84th Prime Minister of Japan. He was 62 years old. He was married to Chizuko Obuchi. His education included Tokyo Metropolitan Kita High School and Graduate School of Political Science, Waseda University. He received 5 awards, including Grand Cordon of the Supreme Order of the Chrysanthemum, Grand Cross of the Order of the Sun of Peru‎. His cause of death was stroke.
