Ken Kirkpatrick (* 12. August 1940 in Gore; † 23. September 2010 in Johnsonville) was a new Zealand chemical engineer, academic, and policy advisor. He was 70 years old. His education included Gore High School and University of Canterbury. He worked at Dairy Research Institute, New Zealand Dairy Board, Massey University and Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. He was awarded the Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Food Science and Technology.
