Biography of Kenneth Starr

Ken Starr (* 21. July 1946 in Vernon; † 13. September 2022 in Houston) was an american judge and educational administrator. He was 76 years old. He had 4 children. His education included Harding University, Brown University, George Washington University and Duke University. His faith was Churches of Christ. He was buried at Texas State Cemetery.
