Biography of Kingsley Davis

Kingsley Davis (* 20. August 1908 in Jones County; † 27. February 1997 in Stanford) was an uS-amerikanischer Soziologe. He was 88 years old. He studied at Harvard University. He worked at Smith College, University of California, Berkeley and University of California, Los Angeles. His awards include W.E.B. Du Bois Career of Distinguished Scholarship award and Fellow of the American Statistical Association.
