Biography of László Kalmár

László Kalmár (* 27. March 1905 in Edde; † 2. August 1976 in Mátraháza) was an ungarischer Informatiker und mathematischer Logiker. He was 71 years old. His education included Eötvös Loránd University and University of Göttingen. He worked at University of Szeged. He received 4 awards, including Kossuth Prize, Computer Pioneer Award. He was buried at Central graveyard in Szeged.
