Biography of Lebrecht Wilhelm Fifi Hesse

Lebrecht Wilhelm Fifi Hesse (* 16. November 1934 in Gold Coast Colony; † 18. October 2000) was a ghanaian public servant. He was 65 years old. His education included Oriel College, University of Ghana, Achimota School, Accra Academy and Salem School, Osu. He was awarded the Rhodes Scholarship.
