Lee S. Gerow (* 29. March 1891 in Petersburg; † 19. May 1982 in Washington, D.C.) was an united States general. He was 91 years old. His education included Virginia Military Institute, Naval War College, United States Army War College and United States Army Command and General Staff College. His awards include Silver Star and Legionnaire of Legion of Merit. He was buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
