Leon Athanase Gosselin (* 16. June 1815 in Paris; † 30. April 1887) was a french surgeon. He was 71 years old. He worked at Paris Medical Faculty and Faculté des sciences pharmaceutiques et biologiques. He was awarded the Commander of the Legion of Honour.
