Leonard Cohen (* September 21, 1934 in Montreal; † November 7, 2016 in Los Angeles) was a canadian singer, songwriter and poet. He was 82 years old. He was married to Suzanne Elrod. He had 2 children. His education included McGill University, Columbia University, Westmount High School, Camp B'nai Brith, Pripstein's Camp Mishmar, Roslyn Elementary School and McGill University Faculty of Law. His faith was Judaism. He received 10 awards, including Companion of the Order of Canada, Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award. His cause of death was falling. He was buried at Shaar Hashomayim Cemetery.
