Leonid Chulkov (* 18. July 1913 in Samara; † 28. December 2016 in Sevastopol) was a soviet vice-admiral. He was 103 years old. He studied at Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia. He received 10 awards, including Order of the Red Star, Order of the Patriotic War, 1st class.
