Biography of Leonid Illarionowitsch Kowaljow

Leonid Illarionowitsch Kowaljow (* 25. January 1944 in Borisoglebsk; † 20. April 2019 in Lipetsk). He was 75 years old. He studied at Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia. His awards include Order of Military Merit and Order "For Service to the Homeland in the Armed Forces of the USSR", 3rd class.
