Biography of Leonid Tatarinov

Leonid Tatarinov (* 12. November 1926 in Tula; † 24. August 2011 in Moscow) was a soviet and Russian paleontologist. He was 84 years old. He studied at MSU Faculty of Biology. He worked at Paleontological Institute, Russian Academy of Sciences and Severtsov Institute of Ecology and Evolution. He received 6 awards, including USSR State Prize, Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 4th class. He was buried at Troyekurovskoye cemetery.
