Biography of Lisa Jardine

Lisa Jardine (* 12. April 1944 in Oxford; † 25. October 2015 in London) was a britische Historikerin. She was 71 years old. Her education included Cheltenham Ladies' College, Newnham College and University of Essex. She worked at University College London and Queen Mary University of London. She received 10 awards, including Commander of the Order of the British Empire, honorary doctor of the University of St Andrews. Her cause of death was breast cancer. She was buried at Highgate Cemetery.
