Biography of Louisa Wilkinson

Louisa Wilkinson (* 11. December 1889 in Sunderland; † 4. December 1968 in Crowborough) was a matron-in-Chief of the Queen Alexandra's Royal Army Nursing Corps. She was 78 years old. Her awards include Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire and Decoration of the Royal Red Cross. Her cause of death was thrombosis.
