Biography of Louise Branscomb

Louise Branscomb (* 25. March 1901 in Birmingham; † 16. June 1999 in Birmingham) was a pioneer female physician, human rights advocate. She was 98 years old. Her education included Huntingdon College and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She was awarded the Alabama Women's Hall of Fame. She was buried at Elmwood Cemetery.
