Biography of Manuel Contreras

Manuel Contreras (* 4. May 1929 in Santiago; † 7. August 2015 in Santiago) was a chilenischer General. He was 86 years old. His education included Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation, Bernardo O'Higgins Military School and Army War College. His cause of death was multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.
