Marc Garneau (* 23. February 1949 in Quebec City; † 4. June 2025 in Montreal) was a canadian astronaut and politician. He was 76 years old. His education included Royal Military College of Canada and Imperial College London. He received 10 awards, including Officer of the Order of Canada, honorary doctorate at the Laval University. His cause of death was cancer.
