Biography of Margaret Newton

Margaret Newton (* 20. April 1887 in Montreal; † 6. April 1971 in Victoria) was a pflanzenpathologin und Mykologin. She was 83 years old. Her education included McGill University and University of Minnesota. She worked at University of Saskatchewan. Her awards include Flavelle Medal, Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada and Person of National Historic Significance.
