Maria Knebel (* 6. May 1898 in Moscow; † 1. June 1985 in Moscow) was a russische bzw. sowjetische Schauspielerin, Regisseurin und Hochschullehrerin. She was 87 years old. She studied at second studio du théâtre artistique de Moscou. She worked at Moscow Art Theatre. Her awards include USSR State Prize, People's Artist of the RSFSR and Order of the Red Banner of Labour. She was buried at Vvedenskoye Cemetery.
