Biography
Marina Ratner (* October 30, 1938 in Moscow; † July 7, 2017 in El Cerrito) was a russian mathematician. She was 78 years old. Her education included MSU Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics and Lomonosov Moscow State University. She received 4 awards, including Guggenheim Fellowship, Ostrowski Prize. Her cause of death was stroke.
