Mario Agnes (* 6. December 1931 in Serino; † 9. May 2018 in Vatican City) was an italienischer Historiker und Journalist. He was 86 years old. He studied at University of Naples Federico II. He worked at Sapienza University of Rome, Catholic Action and L'Osservatore Romano. He was awarded the Grand Officer of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic.
