Biography of Marlen Topchiyan

Marlen Topchiyan (* 28. August 1934 in Almaty; † 3. October 2014 in Novosibirsk) was a physicist. He was 80 years old. He studied at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. He worked at Lavrentyev Institute of Hydrodynamics of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He received 4 awards, including Medal "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945", Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd class. He was buried at Yuzhnoye Cemetery.
