Biography of Martin Weitzman

Martin Weitzman (* 1. April 1942 in New York City; † 27. August 2019 in Newton) was an uS-amerikanischer Wirtschaftswissenschaftler. He was 77 years old. His education included Stanford University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Swarthmore College. He worked at Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Yale University. He received 4 awards, including Leontief Prize for Advancing the Frontiers of Economic Thought, Fellow of the Econometric Society.
