Matwei Stepanowitsch Batrakow (* 15. November 1900 in Sergachsky District; † 19. July 1995 in Novosibirsk) was a hero of the Soviet Union. He was 94 years old. He studied at Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia. He received 10 awards, including Medal "For the Victory over Japan", Medal "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945". He was buried at Zaeltsovskoe Cemetery.
