Biography of Max Dehn

Max Dehn (* 13. November 1878 in Hamburg; † 27. June 1952 in Black Mountain) was a deutscher Mathematiker. He was 73 years old. He was married to Toni Dehn. He studied at University of Göttingen. He worked at Goethe University Frankfurt, University of Münster, Illinois Institute of Technology, Kiel University, University of Wrocław, Norwegian Institute of Technology and Black Mountain College. He was buried at Black Mountain College.
