Biography of Mels Bekboev

Mels Bekboev (* 20. November 1952 in Baytik; † 2. April 2026) was a russian military officer. He was 73 years old. His education included Military Institute of the Kazakh Ground Forces, Vystrel course and Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia. His awards include Order of the Red Star, Order "For Service to the Homeland in the Armed Forces of the USSR", 3rd class and Order of Manas.
