Biography of Michael Viehweg

Michael Viehweg (* 8. September 1899 in Divensky; † 11. January 1986 in Saint Petersburg) was a soviet geologist. He was 86 years old. He studied at Moscow Mining Academy. He worked at Research Institute for Fertilizers and Insectofungicide and Apatit. His awards include Order of the Badge of Honour, Medal "For Valiant Labour in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945" and Order of Lenin.
