Biography of Mikhail Samoylov

Mikhail Samoylov (* 30. October 1940 in Alekseevka; † 5. January 2021 in Kurgan). He was 80 years old. His education included Russian Academy of State Service and South Ural State University. His awards include Jubilee Medal "In Commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of the Birth of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin" and Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 2nd class without swords.
