Biography of Modest Michailowitsch Iljin

Modest Michailowitsch Iljin (* 17. October 1889 in Góra Kalwaria; † 9. May 1967) was a russischer Botaniker. He was 77 years old. He studied at Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the Saint Petersburg University. He worked at Saint Petersburg State University and Komarov Botanical Institute. His awards include Order of the Red Banner of Labour and Honored Scientist of the RSFSR.
