Biography of Moktar Ould Daddah

Moktar Ould Daddah (* 25. December 1924 in Boutilimit; † 14. October 2003 in Paris) was a president of Mauritania from 1960 to 1978. He was 78 years old. He was married to Mariem Thérèse Gadroy Ould Dadah. His faith was Sunni Islam. His awards include anniversary medal at the occasion of the 2500th anniversary of the founding of the Iranian Empire, Grand Cross of the Order of Mono and Grand Cross of the National Order of Merit. He was buried at Mauritania.
