Biography of Monica Charlot

Monica Charlot (* 31. May 1933 in Chalk Farm; † 20. May 2005 in Rennes) was a french historian of British culture & scholar. She was 71 years old. She was married to Jean Charlot. Her education included The Camden School for Girls and Bedford College. She worked at Sorbonne Nouvelle-Paris 3 and Maison française d'Oxford. She received 4 awards, including Officer of the Legion of Honour, Officer of the Order of the British Empire.
