Mortimer J. Adler (* December 28, 1902 in New York City; † June 28, 2001 in San Mateo) was an american philosopher, author and educator. He was 98 years old. He studied at Columbia University. His faith was Catholic Church. He received 5 awards, including National Humanities Medal, St. Louis Literary Award.
