Biography of Mortimer Caplin

Mortimer Caplin (* 11. July 1916 in New York City; † 15. July 2019 in Chevy Chase) was an american tax attorney and Commissioner of Internal Revenue. He was 103 years old. His education included New York University, University of Virginia School of Law, New York University School of Law and John Adams High School. He worked at University of the Virgin Islands. He was awarded the Knight of the Legion of Honour.
