Biography of Nagano Osami

Nagano Osami (* 15. June 1880 in Kochi; † 5. January 1947 in St. Luke's International Hospital) was a japanischer Admiral. He was 66 years old. His education included Harvard Law School, Naval War College and Imperial Japanese Naval Academy. He worked at Imperial Japanese Naval Academy. He was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, 1st class. His cause of death was pneumonia. He was buried at Kuhonbutsu Jōshin-ji Temple.
