Biography of Nanos Valaoritis

Nanos Valaoritis (* 5. July 1921 in Lausanne; † 12. September 2019) was a griechischer Dichter und Literaturwissenschaftler. He was 98 years old. He was married to Marie Wilson. His education included National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and University of London. He worked at University of San Francisco. His awards include Ouranis award, Gold Cross of the Order of Honour and Greek State Literary Awards.
