Ned Bliss Allen (* 30. December 1899 in Carbondale; † 31. August 1984 in Mercer Island) was an american academic and columnist. He was 84 years old. His education included Dartmouth College, St John's College, University of Michigan and Phillips Exeter Academy. He worked at University of Delaware, University of Michigan, The News Journal and University of Southern California. He was awarded the Rhodes Scholarship.
