Biography of Ned Rorem

Ned Rorem (* 23. October 1923 in Richmond; † 18. November 2022 in New York City) was an american composer and diarist. He was 99 years old. His education included Juilliard School, Curtis Institute of Music, Northwestern University, American Conservatory of Music, University of Chicago Laboratory Schools and Bienen School of Music. He received 5 awards, including Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres, Guggenheim Fellowship.
