Biography of Neon Armand

Neon Armand (* 1. January 1932 in Moscow; † 9. October 2009 in Moscow) was a russischer Wissenschaftler. He was 77 years old. He studied at MSU Faculty of Physics. He worked at V.A. Kotelnikov Institute of Radio-engineering and Electronics. His awards include USSR State Prize, Order of Lenin and Order of Honour. He was buried at Novodevichy Cemetery.
