Biography of Nicholas Mayall

Nicholas Mayall (* 9. May 1906 in Moline; † 5. January 1993 in Tucson) was an astronom (USA). He was 86 years old. His education included University of California, Berkeley and Stockton High School. He worked at Lick Observatory, Kitt Peak National Observatory, Edwin Hubble, Paul W. Merrill and Milton L. Humason. His cause of death was diabetes.
