Nikolai Stepnoy (* 13. November 1890 in Saratov; † 1. January 1961 in Saint Petersburg) was a russian architect. He was 70 years old. He studied at Saint-Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. His awards include Medal "For Distinguished Labour", Medal "For the Defence of Leningrad" and Medal "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945".
