Olav Benum (* 5. September 1897 in Beitstad; † 27. June 1990 in Namsos Municipality) was a norwegischer Politiker, Landwirt and Politiker. He was 92 years old. He studied at Norwegian University of Life Sciences. He was awarded the Knight First Class of the Order of St. Olav.
