Oliver W. Ferguson (* 7. June 1924 in Nashville; † 4. April 2019) was an american academic of English literature. He was 94 years old. His education included Vanderbilt University and University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign. He worked at Ohio State University, Duke University and University of Arkansas. He was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship.
