Olli Lounasmaa (* 20. August 1930 in Turku; † 27. December 2002 in Goa) was a finnischer Tieftemperaturphysiker. He was 72 years old. His education included University of Oxford and University of Helsinki. He worked at Helsinki University of Technology and Argonne National Laboratory. He received 10 awards, including Körber European Science Prize, Fritz London Award. His cause of death was drowning. He was buried at Maunula Cemetery.
